With help from a number of our manufacturing members OATA has submitted a response to the UK Product Safety Review launched recently by the Office for Product Safety and Standards (OPSS).
This is an important role of a trade association – to watch for opportunities to ensure the collective voice of an industry is heard on issues of concern. We know individual companies do not have the time or resources to have their say so that’s where a trade association like OATA can research and write submissions so that concerns are highlighted.
