All planned changes to import controls from July have been put on hold by the Government so businesses currently planning for these are being told to call a halt to their preparations.
Minister for Brexit Opportunities and Government Efficiency Jacob Rees-Mogg made the statement in the House of Commons recently which you can read here.
In the statement, Mr Rees-Mogg confirmed the Government will be publishing a Target Operating Model in the Autumn that will set out its new regime of border import controls and the new target for the revised introduction of the controls regime will now be the end of 2023.
There is further clarification here on what this means if you import plants.
